FAQ
LUMIPODDs are installed quickly as a lot of the build is pre fabricated off site, resulting in time on site being a matter of days.
There’s no major groundwork required in most cases, and deployment can happen during term time with minimal disruption.
For smaller internal pods, planning permission is not required. Larger or externally placed units may need permission, depending on size and location. We help you check this early and can support the application if needed.

• Local Authority SEND sufficiency capital
• DfE High Needs Provision Capital Allocation (HNPCA)
• MAT-level inclusion budgets
